It's a him. (the boys have dark heads, they're actually really striking!)
We were outside eating lunch and I noticed them flying around and noticed that he always sat on the same post before he flew into the support thing. So, I set myself up to catch the end of it. When he took off from the post the next time I clicked. I actually got him first try! I was quite surprised by that.
