Your cutting board was suicidal. It cut itself.
Most people say, they never saw it coming, but I'm sure if you think about it, you saw the signs. :)

That's what can happen when one tries to force-fit something natural into something sliced, diced and squared off----it becomes unglued. Look at the line pattern....this is what can happen when messing about with DNA---not the intended creation !
